Our client is seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Provide product knowledge and training to customers, demonstrating excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Stay informed about the client's products, industry trends, and competitors.Manage showroom displays, product samples, and sales tools, ensuring a well-stocked and organized space.Perform store tasks efficiently and assist in maintaining company standards during assigned shifts.Handle cash register operations and follow established cash-handling procedures.Adhere to company policies, loss prevention strategies, and safety protocols, including the use of PPE.Ensure store appearance and merchandising align with company guidelines, including restocking and organizing inventory.Understand and implement pricing strategies, promotional activities, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.Provide accurate quotes, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for customer orders.Collaborate with the delivery team to coordinate schedules and communicate estimated delivery dates to customers.Utilize marketing tools (catalogs, brochures, vendor materials) to effectively promote products.Resolve customer concerns, including issues with deliveries, returns, and credits.Communicate customer feedback and employee matters to management.Continuously enhance customer service skills and provide honest, informed product recommendations.Qualifications:Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.Results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Valid driver's license required.Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Why Join Our Client's Team?Be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment.Opportunity to grow professionally in a well-established company.Make a direct impact by providing valuable solutions to customers.If this opportunity aligns with your skills and career goals, we'd love to hear from you!
