Innovate: Design and redesign complex software components. Customize: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform with best practices. Secure: Develop robust access control mechanisms. Integrate: Seamlessly connect ServiceNow with other systems. Analyze: Create insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Test: Ensure quality through rigorous testing and troubleshooting. Maintain: Perform routine updates and system maintenance. Manage Change: Oversee change management activities within JIRA.Migrate: Handle update sets and application repository functionality. Document: Create and update system documentation and provide training. Resolve: Investigate and resolve platform issues. Improve: Identify and implement process improvements. Adapt: Thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.Must Have:Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field.8+ years of work experience.At least 3 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.Hands-on experience with IRM/GRC and Business Continuity ServiceNow applications.Experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale projects end-to-end.Experience following an iterative and agile SDLC.Implementing ServiceNow integration with other applications via automated data imports and/or iHub spokes.Willingness to learn other SaaS products.Nice to Have:Completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations of a ServiceNow GRC application.Experience with other SaaS products like NAVEX, Regology, or AuditBoard.Join us and be a part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
