Join us as a Machine Learning Engineer (Computer Vision) and help us solve some of the toughest challenges in fashion automation.Responsibilities:Develop software and machine learning models to enhance the performance and efficiency of our vision systems.Conduct research and develop cutting-edge solutions, technologies, and algorithms in computer vision and machine learning as part of the Perception Team.Prototype advanced software technologies in areas like robotics, quality detection, auto-calibration, machine perception, and deep learning.Analyze, optimize, and improve the performance, accuracy, and robustness of currently deployed solutions.Code in Python and C++ using libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch to develop and deploy computer vision models.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inspection systems into robotic automation solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision (Master's degree preferred).Solid understanding of linear algebra, probabilistic theory, numerical optimization, and deep learning, with hands-on implementation experience.Expertise in applied computer vision, including domains like 3D Object Detection, Semantic Segmentation, Depth Estimation, or Computational Geometry.Experience with machine learning (especially deep learning), numerical optimization, and data pipelines within frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.Proven ability to prototype and optimize algorithms rapidly.Proficiency in C++; Python experience is highly desirable.Familiarity with relevant machine learning techniques and libraries.Strong communication skills to articulate complex research clearly.Demonstrated software engineering experience through internships, projects, coding competitions, open-source contributions, or research.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Why Join Silana?Work on groundbreaking technologies in fashion automation.Collaborate with a passionate and innovative team dedicated to making a difference.Shape the future of sustainable and efficient manufacturing.Ready to redefine what's possible in fashion automation?
