Senior Project Developer - Renewable Energy Salary: Circa $DOE + up to 30% Bonus + LTIP Location: Houston - Hybrid - 4 days in office - must be local or willing to relocateAs Senior Developer you will be responsible for strategically locating and developing utilityscale renewable energy and industrial infrastructure projects across North America, managing both schedule and budget. The role will primarily focus on mid to late stage development / project acquisition and driving them through to COD. There will also be additional responsibility for identifying and developing organic Greenfield opportunities. Wider support will include: • Assess technology options and performance to achieve optimal solutions • Understand key drivers of commercial success and financial performance • Identify best locations in collaboration with our client's commercial and technical teams • Create and maintain project budgets and schedules • Support due diligence of project acquisitions • Support the preparation of management presentation as well as internal approval processes • Manage complex and time-sensitive projects in a dynamic environment. • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry. Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university ideally with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems • Min 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in development of large infrastructure projects within the renewable energy industry. • Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English • Ability to use scheduling software and manage Gant Charts. • Familiarity with design codes and standards. • Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
