This is a company in an exciting industry, that is forever growing, room for advancement and a robust benefits/compensation plan!Job Duties Coordinate the Preventive activities in the maintenance departmentImplement and manage a culture of zero breakdowns using continuous improvement and lean manufacturing tools to achieve the department's goalsManage Controls Engineers & Techs, Utilities & Making Technicians, Spare Parts Team and Planner Ensure the Preventative Maintenance schedule is completed Coordinate the execution of the Corrective requests.Assign the correct Preventative Maintenance and resources for the execution.Compliance with the organization's rules, procedures, and policies.Mentor employees and help with any training they need to hit their goals Coordinate the coverage of the shifts of the controls team.Support in any TSPR and validations of Engineering.Other duties as assigned Qualifications Engineering Degree is required 4+ years of experience in preventative utilities and controls 2+ years in a leadership role Lean manufacturing experience Preventative Maintenance Theory Experience with Boilers, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Chillers PLC Programming Strong communication Proven leadership experience
