Senior CNO Developer

Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI PolygraphCertifications: None.MissionAs a CNO Senior Developer, you will be involved in the design, development, and testing of application software to fulfill unique requirements on different platforms. You will build applications using a specified programming language per the Government. This position will be for a Senior developer, responsible for leading a development team.Requirements:U.S. CitizenshipActive TS/SCI with CI polygraphBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar6+ years' experience programming with object-oriented programming languages4+ years' experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environmentsExperience developing complex programs using C/C++, C#, COM in a collaborative environment using configuration managementFamiliarity with Windows vulnerabilities, exploit mitigations and bypasses AND/OR Windows internals/APIs and evading detection by Windows security productsWireshark, IDA Pro and/or Ghidra experienceExperience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)Education and Required Qualifications:Bachelor's and/or Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.Responsibilities:Experience with static and dynamic reverse engineeringExperience with vulnerability researchExperience with binary analysis of executablesFamiliarity with kernel programmingFamiliarity with assembly languages, and/or ability to analyze and signature network protocols.ACTP or other CNO Developer trainingTravel:Less than 10% travel may occur.BENEFITS - Full-time Employees401K with 15% employer contribution.
