Position Overview:Seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Software Sales Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth by executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with Partners, key stakeholders and acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.The Enterprise Sales Manager will play an important role in further expanding our market presence in the US market and ensuring the success of our innovative solution. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams (local & abroad), including marketing, customer success, and support, to ensure our solutions are effectively positioned and delivered.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through conferences, market research, networking, and relationship-building.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions. Prepare and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients. Conduct product demonstrations and lead meetings with prospective clients to showcase the value of our solution. Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.Qualifications:Proven track record of success in software sales, with at least 5-7 years of experience. Experience with software selling to customers in an ERP transformation. (IFS, Oracle, SAP, F&O, Unit4 or Infor)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering results.A track record of successful sales within the software industry. Experience selling software solutions to mid / large organizations.Knowledge of software technologies, such as ERP and CRM.Platform market knowledge on IFS (but Oracle, SAP, F&O, Infor or Unit4 are also relevant) Ability to understand and communicate technical details and benefits to non-technical stakeholders.Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Experience in account management and customer retention.Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Communication and Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.Ideal Candidate Profile:Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 5-7 years of experience in software sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, customer-centric, team player, and proactive problem-solver.
