Our team values customer satisfaction and exceptional service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Project Account Manager at Brick Township Heating & Air Conditioning in Brick, NJ. The Project Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing residential HVAC replacement projects from start to finish. They will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project completion.ResponsibilitiesPresent solutions to customers in need of equipment replacementPrepare written proposals with options that were discussed with the homeownerTrack proposals to maintain ongoing customer communication and answer any pending questions or concernsUpon acceptance, work with office staff to prepare permits and job folderWork with management and customer to schedule the work to be performedAssemble job-packets for the installation crews Work with installation crew to track job completion, as well as address issues and customer satisfactionBe the main point of contact for the customer regarding the account for any questions or concernsQualifications:Ability to work independent and as part of a teamAbility to learn computer programs and CRM toolsFriendly and personable with customers and internal teamsStrong time management skills and detail-orientedGeneral knowledge of the HVAC industry is preferred
