Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team to manage the sourcing, sampling, and costing processes within our Underwear (UW) category. This role is key to ensuring our products are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the creation and timely delivery of product samplesCollaborate with design and merchandising to ensure samples are developed and approved quickly.Manage and analyze product costing for the Underwear category, working closely with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing without compromising on quality.Perform detailed cost breakdowns identifying opportunities for cost optimization.Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure the best possible costs while maintaining profitability and margin goals.Track and report on cost changes, analyzing their impact on overall product margins. Track and analyze material and production cost fluctuations, making necessary adjustments to maintain cost control and profitability.Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers, ensuring they meet all quality and cost requirements.Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of both samples and costing. Oversee the creation of samples and ensure that the final costs align with the agreed-upon price targets.Evaluate costs, working with vendors to address any discrepancies between initial quotes and final sample costs.Liaise with the production team to resolve any issues related to cost overruns or inefficiencies during the production process.Provide regular updates to supervisor on the status of sourcing activities, including costs and samples.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a sourcing, supply chain, or product development role, preferably within the Underwear (UW) category.Strong experience in sampling processes and cost management.Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Adaptability a plus
