CHAGEE is excited to expand to the US market, and this is your chance to be part of an exhilarating journey as we deliver the taste of authentic tea culture to America.What you'll do:Review, process and manage weekly orders to support store operations and new store openingsMonitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support business growth while minimizing wasteCoordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of supplies and materials to meet operational demandsEnsure all purchased goods comply with CHAGEE's quality standards, specifications, and sourcing guidelinesNegotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value while maintaining strong vendor relationshipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for optimal service and product qualityAdhere to company policies, ethical procurement standards, and legal regulations related to sourcing and purchasingMaintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, supplier information, and product master dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing timelines, requirements, and business prioritiesEvaluate supplier performance, ensuring product quality and service levels meet company expectationsWork closely with the procurement manager and other departments to align purchasing strategies with overall business goalsStay informed on market trends, emerging products, and industry developments to identify new sourcing opportunitiesResearch and vet potential new suppliers and products that align with CHAGEE's brand standards and operational needsDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
