Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Director, Enterprise Systems and Business Intelligence to join their team onsite in Andover, MA. This role will collaborate with business lines, demonstrate subject matter expertise, and have the unique opportunity to build and lead a team.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the management and optimization of global ERP systems, ensuring effective support of Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle Management functionsPossess a working knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday, Talent Management, and Recruiting, to ensure the alignment of HR processes with enterprise applicationsExtensive experience defining enterprise-level data strategies and roadmaps, creating data warehouse and data lakes from the ground up and experience with machine learningExtensive experience creating reports and dashboards via PowerBI and TableauCollaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges and translate them into innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growthLead efforts to integrate diverse business functions within the ERP landscape, promoting data consistency, process automation, and cross-functional collaborationBring deep expertise in enterprise application management, including best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, to inform strategic decision-makingRecruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise application specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovationDrive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies across the organizationCollaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise applicationsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with a focus on global ERP systemsExperience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plusExperience with ERP implementations (QAD ERP is a plus) with knowledge of HCM implementations and Quality Management SystemsProven expertise in managing ERP functions related to Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle ManagementFamiliarity with HRIS systems, including Workday Core Human Capital Management Functions (Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, Talent Management and Workforce Planning Modules)Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and manage a teamExcellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders effectively
