Job Description: Cage Point is hiring a full-time Assistant Digital Media Plannerwith 1 to 2 years of experience to assist in planning, managing, and tracking digital media for our CPG and finance and pharma clients. We are looking for an individual who is proficient in planning and analyzing media campaign performance and can provide strategic insightful campaign optimizations. The candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail, have excellent organization skills, be proficient in Excel, and understand optimization through A/B testing.?Overview / About the Job: Plan, negotiate and execute digital media plans. Responsible for managing day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key AccountabilityAssist in digital media strategy development for top-tier clientsDevelop and manage digital media plans; negotiate and purchase mediaManage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activitiesManage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation processInteract daily and maintain rapport with digital media publishersAnalyze research data and media/marketing information; issues and reports information to clientsMonitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaignsEducation RequiredBachelor's degreeYears of Relevant ExperienceUp to 2 years of experience in a junior level media planning/ buying or ad ops positionPreferred QualificationsBachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experienceRequired experience with campaign management/ ad serving / trafficking technology (i.e. DCM, and business manager)Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience analyzing data and market researchPreferred working knowledge of first / third party platforms; Nielsen, Google Analytics, Meta, Adwords, DCM, etc.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & CompetenciesSelf-starter with strong planning and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal directionExcellent communication skillsStrong time-management and organizational skillsGood presentation skills a plusProven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues and vendorsExperience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
