Title- UX Researcher VLocation- San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Interview- Video (2 Rounds)Pay rate- $70-75/hr on W2.Position type- ContractPosition- 1 Key Responsibilities:Drive development & timely delivery of research for key roadmap priorities.Influence key features, products, or initiatives based on company priorities.Conduct primary user research using various methodologies (usability studies, in-depth interviews, ethnography, surveys, diary studies, etc.).Build strong relationships with Design, Product, and Business teams to drive impact.Use storytelling techniques & workshops to communicate insights and drive action.Contribute to the continuous growth of the UX Research practice.Qualifications & Experience:EducationMaster's or PhD in Anthropology, Sociology, Cognitive/Experimental Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field.5-7+ years of experience in applied UX research (8-10+ years without an advanced degree).Key Skills & ExpertiseProven impact on design and product decisions benefiting customers & business.Deep understanding of UX Research fundamentals and advanced techniques.Strong advocacy for UX Research best practices.Expert in UX Research tools.Experience with qualitative & quantitative research throughout product development in large-scale environments.
