Our client, an exciting and dynamic men's start-up apparel company based in Dallas, Texas, is looking for a Director of Marketing, who will be responsible for establishing and directing targeted communications to their customers. The company is focused on leveraging social media and other strategies to reach customers and is focused on developing cutting edge products and communicating a passion and vision for the industry. The appropriate candidate is based in Dallas Texas, as the client is not offering relocation at this time.Salary base: $100,000 rangeResponsibilities:Develop and drive marketing strategies, analysis, and insights for customer acquisition and customer relationship management.Collaborate internally and externally and with customers to develop financially sound, creative, compelling, and differentiated marketing initiatives that drive sales, deliver a consistent effective message, and increase awareness and preference for the brand and their products.Oversee the development of all advertising and marketing content including social media, email, print, web, audio, and visual.Conceptualize and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns to support the business development goals of the company.Oversee the development of the content calendar for all channels.Oversee and develop the overall marketing budget.Maximize the productivity of the advertising budget, reallocating resources from marginal programs to new ventures and programs that provide a greater return.Act as brand champion for the organization.Oversee and develop tracking metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.Review industry data and examine and analyze statistical data, competitor information, sales, and salesperson input on customer perceptions, preferences, and buying habits to forecast future marketing trends and identify growth opportunities, guide marketing planning, build strong selling points, and understand targets.Provide results to executive team.Oversee production of catalogs and sales support materials.Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experienceBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field of study or commensurate experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExpertise in digital marketing tactics and technologyProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns utilizing social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, and InstagramStrong relationship building skillsStrategic thinkingHighly motivated, driven, smart, and achievement orientedEffective time management and organizational skillsPositive and collaborative attitudeIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page Distinction Our teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
