Job Title: Workplace Experience ManagerLocation: Greenwich, CTDepartment: Facilities/OperationsSalary $75,000 - $78,000Onsite Monday - FridayPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Workplace Experience Manager to join our team in Greenwich, CT. This position is responsible for ensuring that our employees and visitors experience a seamless, welcoming, and productive environment. The Workplace Experience Manager will oversee daily operations related to the physical workspace, manage office services, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Workspace Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the office to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.Employee Experience: Create a positive workplace culture that promotes collaboration, employee well-being, and satisfaction.Facility Operations: Coordinate building management, liaise with vendors, and ensure all facilities are properly maintained, including coordinating repairs and addressing facility-related concerns.Event Planning and Coordination: Organize on-site events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to foster team building and support company culture.Visitor Experience: Manage the visitor experience, ensuring they are welcomed and have a seamless check-in and tour process.Workspace Design and Optimization: Collaborate with the leadership team on office layout and design, optimizing workspaces for employee productivity and comfort.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field is not necessary but is a plus3+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities management, or a similar role in a financial institution is a plusStrong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of office technology and workplace systems (AV setups, office management software, etc.).A passion for enhancing workplace culture and the employee experience.Physical Demands:Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time. Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.). Physically able to talk on the phone and input data simultaneously. Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus and ability to match or may include detection of differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.
