Director of HR Technology - ServiceNow HRSDLocation: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)Salary: $180,000 - $235,000 + Bonus + BenefitsOakleaf Partnership is partnering with a leading global organization to find a Director of HR Technology - ServiceNow HRSD. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Tech leader to drive innovation and lead the strategic roadmap for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).The Role:As the Director of HR Technology, you will own and execute the ServiceNow HRSD strategy, ensuring seamless integration with Workday and other HR systems. Partnering closely with HR leadership, product owners, and technical teams, you will oversee HRSD implementations, enhance system functionality, and drive operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities:Lead the ServiceNow HRSD product roadmap, aligning with HR and business objectives.Oversee the implementation and enhancement of key HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Onboarding.Drive seamless integration between HRSD and HR platforms (Workday, payroll, benefits systems).Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and ServiceNow engineering teams.Define and monitor KPIs for HRSD adoption, performance, and satisfactionProvide functional leadership to HRSD engineers and third-party vendors.What We're Looking For:8+ years of experience in HR Technology, with at least 4 years leading ServiceNow HRSDStrong background in ServiceNow HRSD modules and integrations with HR platforms.Experience in global, matrixed organizations with multi-country HR processes.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale HR tech projectsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA)Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Why Join?This is an opportunity to shape the future of HR technology within a world-class organization.
