Demand Planner

Job Title: Demand PlannerLocation: Fullerton, CASalary: Up to $100kJob Summary: LHH is seeking an experienced Demand Planner with a strong background in food manufacturing and distribution center (DC) operations. This role involves developing accurate demand forecasts, managing new product launches, optimizing material management, and collaborating cross-functionally to align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain demand forecasts by analyzing sales trends and customer orders.Collaborate with Sales to align forecasts with customer demand and promotional activities.Manage new product launch timelines and demand plans.Optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.Support sales with direct customer engagement.Utilize DEACOM forecasting tool for consistent volume and demand.Partner with Sales and Purchasing for end-of-life product strategies.Act as a liaison between Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related field, preferably in food manufacturing.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning software.Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.Knowledge of inventory management principles and EOL strategies.
