Founded in 2024 in the Bay Area, their mission is to optimize documentation in healthcare, ensuring regulatory compliance while freeing up time for doctors and nurses to focus on providing the best patient care. Backed by a family office (private investment firm) with over $4B AUM, they are well-equipped for a massive first year out of stealth. They've already onboarded over 200 pilot customers before launch, have a world-class team, and are looking to grow that team by adding a Senior Data Scientist to match the commercial scale they expect this year.About the RoleAs a Senior Data Scientist, you'll contribute to an early-stage product that is already having a massive impact. You'll be designing, building, and deploying ML solutions that help to analyze large healthcare datasets and unlock key insights. Fine-tuning and integrating LLMs will be key to handling the volume of unstructured data being processed through the platform.
