Sr. Logistics Coordinator

Ulla Johnson is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing domestic and international logistics and distribution. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Finance, as well as our 3PL warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Key responsibilities include order entry in our ERP system, managing logistics for domestic and international shipments, and providing customer service support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams and handling data entry tasks. Strong customer service skills are essentialEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Shipping & Order MaintenanceMain point of contact for internal and external sales teamsMonitor order progress with 3PL warehouse, approve orders for shippingAllocate orders, generate pick tickets and submit to warehouse for processingFollow up with sales teams regarding discrepancies, missing information, dropped stylesAssist Senior Logistics Manager and Logistics Manager with other projects as neededCustomer ServiceGenerate and track return authorizations and credit memosProvide customer support to wholesale accounts, respond to requests for shipping status, tracking, etc.Create customer profiles for new accountsWork with Sales reps to get orders approved in Joor and exported to RLMSkills and Requirements:Must be able to communicate clearly and work well with multiple departmentsAble to prioritize responsibilities around deadlinesContribute to positive and productive team culturePrior experience with ERP software preferred.
