Job Type: 12-month contract (W2, Weekly Pay, Benefits Available)Location: Landenburg, PAHours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pmJob Responsibilities:Provide direct assistance to educational staff, administrators, behaviorists, students and parents in theareas of behavior change using Applied Behavior Analysis and addressing challenging behaviors of studentsWorks as a collaborative consultant with school and agency personnelDevelops positive behavior support plansProvides expertise regarding behavior modification in complex cases, participates in IEP meetings, and becomes a member of the PDE behavior intervention committeeRequirements: Prior experience working with students with special needsMust have strong applied behavior analysis skills and experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, significant challenging behaviors, andor emotional/behavioral disordersMaster's degree and BCBA or BCBA-D required
