Redefining a modern, understated sensibility is our client's trademark.Description:Our client is seeking temporary help on a full-time basis for a 4-6 month opportunity to assist with high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in AutoCAD, possess a refined design sensibility, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, along with a solid understanding of construction materials and finishes.This role offers the chance to work on multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, contribute to design development, gain experience in construction bidding, and engage in on-site fieldwork. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, technical teams, and vendors, as well as generating and managing comprehensive construction document sets. The position also involves on-site construction supervision and documentation of site meetings.Project management opportunities are available for highly organized individuals with strong problem-solving abilities and design expertise.Required:Previous hi -end residential project experience, traditional design styleEducation:B ARCHSalary / Hourly:$40-57 per hour
