Initiate process where necessaryPrepare bid packages and procurement-related documents for construction related contracts, ensuring the inclusion of necessary supporting documentation. Track bid progress and facilitate contract award.Update FOP Summary spreadsheet and FOP documentsUpdate weekly Summary ReportsUpdate monthly reportsRegister construction contracts with Comptroller's OfficeAssist with preparation of Pre-BID ConferencesAttend Meetings with Procurement for pending RFQ'sRequired Skills:Able to prepare/review construction contract bid documentsGood organizational skillsProficient in excelProfessional Services Contract Management /Task Order ProcessingTasks:Identify need for new professional services contracts and assist in forecasting procurement needs for divisionReview contracts to identify need for capacity increases, extensions, and amendments.
