In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with national advertising and strategic partnerships teams to provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance. Annual Comp: $102-123k SalaryHybrid NYC - 3 Days Onsite Bonus Potential: Up to 10% Performance-BasedKey ResponsibilitiesData and Analytics ManagementOversee all data and analytics related to digital media plans for advertising and content partnerships, ensuring high accuracy and quality.Campaign Evaluation and ReportingCollaborate with the advertising and partnerships teams to deliver timely, high-quality reporting on digital media campaigns and partnership content programs. Evaluate campaign performance against established KPIs.Ongoing OptimizationsProvide actionable insights and continuous recommendations to optimize advertising efforts, helping the team and company thrive.Vendor and Partner CoordinationWork with external vendors and partners to ensure deliverables are met and align with the company's strategic and analytical goals.Data Integrity and AnalysisConduct technical reviews and analyses of digital media plans, ensuring data integrity across internal and external reporting dashboards. Own all campaign data from planning to execution and performance review.Cross-Team CollaborationSupport successful execution of cross-functional projects and provide thought leadership to enhance overall team performance.Technology EvaluationAssess new technologies and industry tools to improve digital media strategies.Research and InnovationRegularly explore new opportunities, potential partners, and market trends to expand the company's digital capabilities.QualificationsEducationBA degree required.Experience5+ years of experience in media analytics, media planning, or digital advertising.Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong experience with major digital reporting tools and media dashboards.Analytical SkillsStrong ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
