We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled, motivated Chief Electrical Estimator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accurately estimating the cost of complex electrical projects. Proven ability to lead and mentor estimating teams, manage project budgets, and ensure successful bid submissions. Candidate must have expertise in commercial, industrial, residential. Excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.Experience must be extensive: Accurately estimated the cost of electrical projects ranging from [Project range, e.g., $500k to $20M] in value. Develop and maintain comprehensive cost databases and estimating software tools. Lead and mentor our team of estimators, providing guidance and support on project assignments. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate bid submissions and successful project execution. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the most competitive pricing. Prepared detailed cost reports and presentations for clients and management. Ensuring compliance with all applicable electrical codes and regulations, meet the company standards and expectation. Stay updated on industry trends, materials and technologies to ensure competitive and innovative estimating practices. Qualifications: Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience (preferred) Experience Minimum 0f 5 years Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or equivalent certification is a plus Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software Technical Skills:Estimating software: EBM, Procore Electrical design software: EBMMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Blueprint reading and interpretationElectrical codes and standards (NEC, etc.) Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety Certification Professional Skills Required:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership and mentorship skillsNegotiation and procurement skillsTime management and organizational skillsAttention to detail and accuracyTeamwork and collaborationBenefits: Competitive salary and performance- based bonuses Comprehensive health Paid time off and holidays
