Business Development Representative

Business Development Rep / QRT Agent - NJB Protection (On-Site)Position Overview:The Business Development Assistant (BD Assistant) / Quick Reaction Force (QRT) Agent at NJB Protection will be responsible for supporting the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. In addition to assisting the sales team, the QRT Agent will provide on-demand security services to clients, ensuring rapid response to incidents and maintaining client satisfaction.This dual role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Key Responsibilities:Business Development SupportAssist the sales team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.Conduct market research to identify new leads and target industries.Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and activity reports.Lead Generation and OutreachGenerate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.Assist in the coordination of client meetings and trade show participation.Quick Reaction Force (QRT) DutiesRespond to on-demand security service requests from clients within a 90-minute window.Conduct site assessments and provide immediate security solutions.Ensure the safety and security of client premises during QRT deployments.Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service during all client interactions.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their service requests.Qualifications:Required Experience:2+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or customer service.Experience in the security services industry is preferred but not required.Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a security-related role.Knowledge of Quick Reaction Force (QRT) services.Compensation Package:Base Salary: $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience.Performance Bonus: Based on lead generation and client satisfaction metrics.Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.Why Join NJB Protection?NJB Protection is a fast-growing security services provider that is transforming the industry with innovative solutions like Quick Reaction Force (QRT).
