Our mission is to empower educators with innovative tools that inspire students, enhance engagement and improve learning outcomes.What will you be doingThe SDR is primarily responsible for (but not limited to) supporting the reseller channel's administrative functions by qualifying deal registrations, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, activities, and outcomes in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Supporting the channel partners with information, sales aids, reports, channel communication, data mining, and sitting in on calls to document activities and notes in the CRM.Key responsibilities will includeConduct basic company/contact research, using CRM, internal data and the internet asappropriate. Time management and prioritization with CRM Deals and completed in a timely mannerCommunicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner using appropriate language, both written and verbal. Listen with intent and effectively respond to internal and external customer needs, via telephone-based communication.Identify up-selling opportunities for a salesperson by to questioning effectively to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs.Record key customer data in a standardized and consistent manner and accuratelyrecord sales and order information in CRMProactively manage leads and opportunitiesAccurately use rate card/price calculatorManage all CRM deals until they successfully are closed and completed.Key Skills, Experience and QualificationsDegree level, equivalent education or proven administrative experience of sustained over achievement in a business development environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skillsProven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectationsProven ability in closing business to business sales and winning new customersExcellent verbal and presentation skillsDemonstrable self-sufficiency in communication and any sales related activitiesEntrepreneurial relationship and business development skillsAbility to successfully encourage the customers to expand product rangeExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervisionClear understanding of modern selling techniques and ability to use themExperience of working in a KPI driven environmentAvantis Education provides a fun, exciting work culture that thrives on self-starters and individuals that can help shape and grow our future.
