The Senior Director of Digital Commerce position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing e-commerce strategy, analysis and tools while staying on brand messaging. You will manage and lead a growing team of sales professionals, analysts and content managers by demonstrating excellent strategic planning while still being able to execute successful, revenue-driving initiatives across all of our brands. This position will work with various other departments throughout the company, including brand, marketing communications and sales. EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalentEXPERIENCE/SKILLS· Sales Director-level with experience handling multiple accounts, brands and product categories, and managing direct reports · Proven ability to build digital commerce businesses across multiple platforms, using thorough analysis to drive both revenue and profitability· 7+ years of hands-on sales and marketing management experience· 5+ years working for Amazon in CPG categorieso AMS expertise - strategy, planning and analysiso AVN experienceo Analytics including forecasting and inventory management · Competency in developing consumer marketing plans/strategies to drive account growth in digital channels· Demonstrated ability to build business partnerships with internal and external constituencies including retailers, vendors, and regional global teams.· Proven track record of positively influencing team members, developing their competencies and motivating them to achieve objectives.· Must be a dynamic leader who is comfortable and skilled in leading a team in a fast-paced environment.· Thinks strategically and analytically- balance between big picture understanding and attention to detail.· Strong communication and presentation skills to persuade others, articulate a point of view, and set direction.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES· Strategy Development & Execution o Manage long-term and short-term strategies for Tomy's growing Digital Commerce platforms including Amazon, , , and other digital commerce partners and 3rd party sellers.o Work with Digital Commerce Team to develop and execute strategies that will foster solid growth in revenue and profit across all digital commerce platformso Collaborate cross functionally to drive innovation in marketing tactics and product configurations· Team Managemento Lead and manage team members within a cross-functional and multi-location team environment to achieve business and brand objectives. o Mentor subordinates for professional development and develop plans to create bench strength.· Cross-Functional Collaboration o Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure that all Omni-channel needs are met by all brands.o Ensure excellent communication within department, organization, vendors and platforms.o Manage outside firms and vendors as an extension of in-house capabilities.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:· Must have a positive, enthusiastic attitude and collaborative management style and strong work ethic.· Proven analytical skills.· Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive mindset.· Toy or juvenile product experience preferred
