OverviewScale Up Search is partnered with a fast-growing beauty brand seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead and execute retail strategy. This role involves driving sales growth, building partnerships with key retailers, and ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels.ExpectationsOversee execution of retail sales initiatives and monitor performance across channels.Develop and manage retailer-specific marketing strategies and promotional programs using data-driven insights.Manage P&L for retailer budgets, ensuring spending aligns with revenue and profitability goals.Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.Lead retail expansion projects, planning and forecasting activities, and leveraging business intelligence to refine strategies.Build and nurture partnerships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and effective communication.Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.Experience RequiredBachelor's Degree5-7 years of experience in beauty retail, including experience with ULTA, which is a must.Strong knowledge of the retail industry, including diverse retail concepts, practices, and procedures.Proven track record of managing annual budgets and achieving sales targets.Experience with new product launches and multi-channel program rollouts.Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results as a self-starter and team player.
