Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join the Conway team. This growth-oriented role combines marketing initiatives and business development responsibilities, suitable for professionals who are passionate about building and fostering strong client relationships. The position offers comprehensive exposure to investment services, marketing, and client relationship management, with significant opportunities for professional advancement. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives, strong communication skills, sales and marketing strategies, and a desire to learn and grow in the alternative investment management business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing and business development initiatives to expand Conway's market presence, with a focus on digital platforms and client relationshipsCreate and manage engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, website, and client communications, while maintaining brand consistencyTrack and organize communications with fund managers and clients using our CRM system, ensuring effective relationship managementSupport lead generation efforts through market research, data analysis, and strategic outreach programsAssist in organizing and coordinating client events, webinars, and industry networking opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsHelp create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients, highlighting Conway's value propositionSupport the testing and implementation of new software initiatives that enhance our client experienceMonitor and analyze marketing metrics and business development activities, preparing regular reports on campaign effectivenessSupport monthly operational processes and assist with team projects as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree 2 years of work experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Salesforce (preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesBasic understanding of financial markets and investment products (preferred)Experience with financial software or databases (preferred)LocationSt. Louis (Clayton), MOCompensation Annual Salary Range = Commensurate with experiencePerformance-Based Bonus = AnnualBenefits package 401(k) with company matchPremium Health and dental insurancePaid time offApply on Indeedemail your resume to wholmes@
