Call on existing client base while simultaneously building your own book of business. Prospect, qualify, and close new and existing business with a focus on FTE and contract hiring. Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy that expands our footprint in IT staffing and executive search.Drive revenue growth by securing long-term partnerships and repeat business.Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelinesInteract with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or servicesWe offer a collaborative entrepreneurial environment where success is measured by revenue impact and rewarded accordingly.We empower our team with cutting-edge recruiting tools, sales resources, and industry expertise to help them dominate the market.Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to position Madison Davis as the go-to recruiting partner.Skills and qualificationsProven track record of new business development in technology recruiting, staffing, or executive search. Hunter mentality who is self-motivated, persistent, and can work autonomouslyStrong negotiation, networking, and cold outreach skills (phone, email, LinkedIn, events).Ability to build long lasting relationships with technology leaders. Deep understanding of IT hiring trends and challenges.Bachelor's degree is required.
