This is a critical position focused on expanding our network, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth in the commercial construction space. The role will be primarily focused on Orlando customers and opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Foster relationships with key commercial contractors including Turner, Brassfield & Gorrie, Hensel Phelps, Barton Malow, and PCL.Develop and execute strategies to target contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders (e.g., hospitals).Balance sales and operational expertise to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.Engage in extensive face-to-face interactions with clients.Travel throughout Florida (primarily Orlando/Tampa; occasional trips to Miami and Atlanta as needed).Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience: Strong commercial construction background with a network of connections in the Orlando market. Residential experience is acceptable but not preferred.Skill Set: Blend of operational/project management and sales expertise.Personality: Detail-oriented, driven, and capable of building long-term client relationships.Availability: Willingness to travel and meet customers in person at least 4 days per week.Location: Orlando-based candidates preferred, but relocation within Florida or the Southeast region will be considered.Why Join Us?This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a growing region.
