The company is dedicated to leading with integrity and innovative technology to provide value to customers, employees, and society.Role DescriptionThe PA will be responsible for project administrative support for the firm's contracts in heavy highway construction. The PA will work closely with the project team consisting of project manager, project engineer and superintendent as well as the client. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the job file efficiently, contract management, subcontract management, communication with the subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and client, submittals, closeout paperwork.Job Requirements:Prior work experience as a Construction AdministratorAssist in project-buy outsProcessing and tracking submittalsPurchase OrdersTracking T&M workThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesCorrespondenceContract administrationSubmitting and reviewing field payrollTracking, collecting and organizing daily reportsOther skills/abilities:Working knowledge of Viewpoint is a plusWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of productsMust be well-organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills, with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalitiesAbility to work within a team as well as independently with little supervision
