All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.What you'll doLead, mentor, develop a high-performing team of demand planners & product managers Foster a culture of collaboration across departments to achieve shared goalsFacilitate regular cross-functional meetings to communicate forecasts and product updatesContinuously evaluate and improve demand planning and product management processes for efficiency and effectivenessImplement best practices and tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and industry standardsDevelop and implement robust demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracyAnalyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to predict future demandCollaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align demand forecasts with business planMonitor and report on key demand metrics, making recommendations for improvementsContributes to the development of a winning portfolio through annual activities of complexity reduction, COGS initiatives; supply risk mitigation, master data, capacity and investment needsOverseeing the commercialization process for product launches while improving time to marketDevelops and maintains relationships with key supply chains to ensure capacity availabilityEnsures alignment with the Marketing team on the strategic direction of the product portfolioWhat makes you a good fitChannel managementSocial selling, Digital sales, Sales managementCollaborative innovationConceptual thinkingLeadership Persuasion, Systematic thinking8-10 years of professional experience in Product Management or Demand Planning Preferred additional experience in Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experienceHigh energy, motivated individual with a strong sense of personal accountabilityStrong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholdersProven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projectsExperience with [specific tools/software relevant to the industry, e.g., SAP, APOThe salary for this role; $140,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
