Inbuilding Construction ManagerLocation: Requires travelReports To: CM3 (Lead) or IM LeadExperience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience managing project builds of over 200 sitesRole Overview:The Inbuilding Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all civil works, ensuring compliance with financial controls, scheduling, and quality management for assigned projects. The role requires strict adherence to Ericsson standards, processes, and procedures, as well as federal and local regulations. Additionally, the Construction Manager is expected to identify continuous improvement opportunities and collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight & ComplianceManage and control all civil works in alignment with project designs and schedules.Ensure that only customer-approved materials are used.Enforce adherence to Ericsson, federal, and local safety and construction guidelines.Identify and solve complex issues by adapting existing methods and procedures.Coordination & Quality AssuranceSupervise Service Providers (SP/ASP) and ensure quality workmanship meets Ericsson and customer expectations.Conduct pre-inspections, site verifications, and post-construction audits to maintain high standards.Ensure a safe working environment by performing safety inspections and monitoring tools and equipment.Address and resolve on-site civil works issues proactively.Stakeholder & Team ManagementAct as the key point of contact between external partners (SP/ASP, Customer PM) and internal teams (IM Lead, Project Admin, Project Sponsor, CPM).Attend project coordination and progress meetings, providing status updates to management.Provide technical guidance to service providers and other project stakeholders.Monitor, report, and address non-compliance or poor performance by vendors.Project Documentation & ReportingMaintain and update construction-related records in Site Handler, including:SOW, preconstruction documents (NTP, RFDS, safety guidelines, QA standards)Verification and acceptance documentsDaily progress reports and project closeout documentationReject incorrect material deliveries and manage material orders and returns.Write claims and document project variations as needed.Qualifications & Skills Required:3-5 years of experience in civil construction management, with a track record of handling 200+ site buildsStrong knowledge of civil works, quality assurance, and complianceExperience with risk assessment, safety regulations, and vendor managementAbility to independently analyze and solve complex construction challengesStrong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.If you are a results-driven professional with expertise in construction project management, compliance, and quality assurance, we encourage you to apply.
