Quality Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Job Title: Quality Supervisor or Sanitation Supervisor - 2nd ShiftLocation: Cleveland, OHHours: Can start between 12 - 2pm ET. Based on start, end 830 or 1030pmSalary: $70,000 - 80,000 depending on experienceJob Requirements:5+ Years of Food manufacturing experience and must have Supervisory experience within QA or SanitationWill have up to 5 direct reportsEnsure the quality or sanitation team adheres to GMP's, HACCP, SQF programs, OSHA, FDA/USDA regulationsThey will ensure equipment is sanitized, lines are cleaned and ready for the next day's production runs. Once clean, they will also lead the staff to do Swabbing on equipment to ensure there is no allergen residue.
