As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team and contribute to our mission of helping growers maximize their success.Job SummaryThe Warehouse Associate at FloraFlex is responsible for handling and organizing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This role involves using forklifts and pallet jacks, loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. Success in this position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a stand-up forklift and pallet jacks to move, organize, and store inventory.Conduct inventory counts and cycle counting to maintain accuracy.Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.Pick and pack orders accurately within designated timeframes.Generate and process shipping paperwork as needed.Store products in their designated locations accurately and promptly.Maintain warehouse organization using 5S and lean manufacturing principles (sorting, standardizing, straightening, and sustaining).Work with a continuous improvement mindset, always striving for better efficiency and accuracy.Follow detailed instructions and warehouse procedures with precision.Cross-train in various warehouse functions to enhance team flexibility.Collaborate effectively with the team and communicate professionally.Accept direction from warehouse management and assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious warehouse experience preferred, but not required.Basic understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred (certification is a plus).Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and lifting.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers for handling tools and materials.Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Benefits (Available After 90 Days):401(k) Retirement Plan, up to 4% MatchDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Sick TimePaid Time Off (PTO)11 Annual Paid HolidaysVision InsuranceWhy Join FloraFlex Corporation?At FloraFlex, we pride ourselves on innovation and excellence in the horticulture industry.
