Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a well-known gas and electric provider, is actively hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Columbus, OH. This role will be hybrid and require candidates onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays.This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered!As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates. You will also support compliance checks throughout the onboarding process including I-9 verifications to ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements. Responsibilities:Schedule interviews for job requisitionsCommunicate with recruiting partners, candidates, and hiring leaders to keep them informed of interview schedulesAssist in the collection and verification of 1-9 documentation for new hires to ensure compliance with federal regulationsUtilize Workday to access resumes and input dataSkills:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management 2-4 years of experience in recruitingExperience with Workday Prior experience working with Human Resources specifically with handling compliance tasksMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
