We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic logistics/operations coordinator to join our team!ResponsibilitiesLogisticsOversee inbound logistics operations, including transportation, and inventory management.Anticipate, analyze, and troubleshoot problems with inbound/outbound deliveries and devise cost efficient solutions while prioritizing meeting demand.Support order processing and fulfillment, ensuring store inventory orders are shipped accurately and on time and troubleshooting any SLA misses with the 3PL.Analyze logistics metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased efficiency.Brand OperationsAct as a liaison between the Operations Manager and various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.Assist in tracking and coordinating inter-departmental projects to ensure deadlines are met.Provide support on ad hoc projects as assigned by the Operations Manager, ensuring timely and efficient completion.Research and gather information to assist in strategic planning or decision-making.This individual will split their time between office and store locations, handling both administrative and hands-on tasks. In the office, they will assist with coordinating logistics and operations, while at one of our stores, they will be responsible for inventory management, packing, and processing. This role requires flexibility and the ability to seamlessly transition between office duties and on-the-ground tasks in-store, ensuring efficient operations across all areas.Candidate must have1 year of experience in logistics, operations, or similar experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across both office and store locationsExperience in inventory tracking, order packing, and processingExcellent communication skills to coordinate across departments and with external partnersStrong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to adapt and transition seamlessly between office duties and in-store tasksA start-up mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and respond to evolving business needsSalary and benefitsBase Salary of $50-$60k, dependent on experienceBonus based on personal and business performanceHealthcare benefitsFlexible PTO and time off
