As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic, strategic Installation Director to lead the coordination, delivery, installation, and commissioning of projects across Florida. This leadership role will directly impact the future of wastewater management and drive innovation in operations and client relationships.Why Work With Us?Competitive salary range of $160,000 - $190,000, plus comprehensive benefits.Career growth & ongoing developmentFlexible, family-oriented work environmentWork on cutting-edge projects in the wastewater treatment industryWhat You'll Do:Oversee Installation Execution: Manage a $4M-$6M annual budget, ensuring installation projects meet both timelines and budget requirements.Lead Team & Subcontractors: Manage and grow a team (currently 2), while coordinating with subcontractors to deliver services.Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and management team to execute growth strategies and address market demands.Build Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, homebuilders, and developers.Transform Service Delivery: Lead improvements in service delivery, training programs, and customer satisfaction, while optimizing scheduling and resource allocation.What We're Looking For:Experience in the septic or service industry (e.g., construction, HVAC, electrical).Strong leadership skills, with prior experience reporting to senior management or the CEO.Proven success in scaling operations and driving business profitability.Knowledge of residential and light commercial services, including septic tank and drain field design (preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate).Strong financial, negotiation, and analytical skillsLocation: Onsite in Lake Mary, Florida (Orlando area) with frequent travel from Orlando to the Panhandle, down to Tampa.Ready to lead the future of wastewater treatment?
