We are urgently hiring for Operations Admin Officer.Job Location - San FranciscoOur Ideal candidate will have:A minimum of a High School diploma or an Associate's DegreeAt least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative roleProficiency in both Spanish and English is requiredExceptional attention to detailStrong communication skillsHigh typing speed with excellent accuracyPermanent Residency in the United States (no visa provided)Job Description:Document scrutiny & collection of applications for Passport processing.Collection of visa applications & document scrutiny for visa processing, attestation & legalization servicesBiometrics capture (Photo & Fingerprints)Cash collection & POS entryClient facing - answering queries, advising applicants, managing disputesHandle customer/applicant queries personally or else through email, telephone.Handle cash and bank-related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy.Record and maintain all the application data. Also, Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the CRM with zero errors.Ensure all the administration and logistics of passport delivery to Embassy/ applicant / logistic company etc.Maintain compliance with the standard operating procedures, manuals, etc. without deviation in the process.Intimate Inform the applicants about the available Value-Added Services and ensure upselling of Value-Added Service options to applicants/ customers.Encourage the applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the Application Center.Ensure that the entire task is completed within the mandated turnaround time.Assist the Deputy Manager/Team Lead/Operations Manager in the execution of any new projects and other ISO compliances.Ensure judicious use of natural resources.Adhere to the environmental health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.Other duties as assigned
