Job Title: Commercial Lines Account ManagerThe Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This role includes assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing high-quality service, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities:Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of servicesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy renewals, endorsements, and general account managementProcess and review new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations to ensure accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelinesCollaborate with underwriters to negotiate coverage terms, conditions, and pricing to meet client needsCollaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfactionQualifications2+ years of experience in commercial lines account managementState insurance license in Property & Casualty requiredStrong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including general liability, property, auto, and workers' compensationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationshipsDetail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts effectivelyAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentCompensation and Benefits$65,000 - $80,000 salary plus bonus, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and 401K3+ weeks PTO
