Sr. Project Coordinator

A leading construction firm in the North Houston area is seeking a tech savvy Sr. Project Coordinator to join their team. Starting compensation is $75,000 - $85,000.Qualifications:5+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator in ConstructionWell-versed in CMS and PMIS systems such as Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.Bachelor's degree preferredResponsibilities:Coordinate and oversee project tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to company standards.Maintain detailed project documentation and records to support project objectives and outcomes.Develop and implement electronic document management systemServe as administrator on PMIS and CMS systemFacilitate communication between project team members to promote collaboration and efficiency.Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for stakeholders.Monitor project progress and provide updates to relevant parties as needed.Identify potential project risks and collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies.Support project managers in various tasks, including scheduling and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to project management.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
