Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented in-house Legal Counsel I to provide legal support in commercial real estate transactions, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance related to the timeshare industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements, vendor contracts, and development deals, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Will work and partner closely with Executive leadership, outside counsel and supporting vendors. This newly created role will be located out of our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida working on a hybrid schedule of M-T-W in office, T-F remote.How You'll Shine:Provide legal counsel, and business advice, review, draft and negotiate general commercial agreements including affiliation, marketing and services agreements.Demonstrate knowledge in contract review and negotiations, real estate transactions, intellectual property, marketing and marketing review, and corporate governance matters.Work in partnership with the company's operational areas, including sales, marketing, business development, finance, tax, technology and human resources.Interact positively and professionally with all levels of management, customers, and outside agencies.Be a true business partner with the business team, not just a legal adviser, by working together with the business team to successfully achieve the business goals and objectives.Demonstrate a high degree of independent judgment.What You'll Bring:3-5 years' experience practicing law and academic credentials from an ABA accredited law school with admission to the Bar in one or more states.Experienced supporting commercial real estate acquisitions and transactions. Strategic sourcing and development experience preferred. Marketing and intellectual property experience a plus.Analytical, drafting, research, organization, and interpersonal skills are necessary.Ability to promptly and effectively respond to questions and concerns from senior management, personnel, clients, customers, and regulatory agencies.Ability to define problems, collect relevant information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and exercise sound discretion and judgment in making decisions and performing duties.Ability to work well in a team environment yet could work independently and autonomously with limited supervision.How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
