The successful candidate will support Jenna Laszlo (Chief Operating Officer, TPG Capital Fund), and other senior leaders across the TPG Capital platform in supporting and executing the central strategy and operational work of TPG's Capital leadership team. Such efforts will include working with the Investment, fund Finance, and Fundraising teams to drive operational support marketing and capital raising activities and other related strategic initiatives for the Capital fund.Principal ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for supporting:Insights & analyses to enable effective decision-making and growth: retrospectives, dashboarding, fund construction and pacing, productivity analyses, benchmarking, and moreLong-range planning including investment strategy & go-to-market, people operations, product growthFund and platform finance, budgeting, and operations optimization (in collaboration with TPG services teams)Content and branding/presence efforts to support fundraising & client success, external marketing, recruiting, conferencesVarious other special projects working directly with co-Managing Partners of the Capital fund (ex: data driven retrospectives of investment activity through cycles or quarterly fund deployment and portfolio construction analysis).Responsible for developing:Deep understanding of funds' investments and portfolio performanceEffective working relationships and insights into broader teamRequirements3-5 years of experience in consulting, banking, or a related Financial Services fieldExperience using data and analysis to derive insights and frame recommendations clearlyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate well with othersWilling to roll up sleeves to get the job done with limited resourcesStrong organizational, communication, presentation, excel skills, and financial acumenMust be an entrepreneurial self-starter, a proactive problem solver, a team player, and a quick learnerIt is expected that the annual base salary for this role will be up to $150,000. Base salary is one component of our client firm's competitive total rewards package which typically includes discretionary compensation, comprehensive health benefits, and paid time off. Other incentives may also be available to certain eligible employees.
