Our culture fosters personal and professional excellence and promotes development that leads to continued success.JOB SUMMARYA Sourcer is a specialized talent acquisition professional who identifies, attracts, and engages potential candidates for job openings within Pennant's Hartford Healthcare at Home business unit. They will be responsible for actively identifying and attracting talented candidates to vacant positions and assisting with maintaining the pipeline for potential candidates. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positionsWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goalsIdentify strategic search opportunities and assist in managing search strategy for priority rolesManage job postings on a variety of external job sitesSource and develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS Screen candidates for interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.The above statements are only meant to be a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by the employee of this job. The employee may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those stated in this description.JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)2-4 years of relevant sourcing experience requiredStrong organizational skills and great follow-through on tasksSelf-starter who can work under minimal supervisionA strong understanding of Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and other Candidate sourcing toolsAn eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidatesProven results in past roles including sourcing and/or recruitingResults-oriented mindset with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA/BS degree requiredProficient in Microsoft OfficeABOUT THE COMPANYThe Pennant Group, Inc. is a young company consisting of two growing businesses: Cornerstone Healthcare, Inc. and Pinnacle Senior Living, LLC.
