They will be responsible for actively identifying and attracting talented candidates to vacant positions and assisting with maintaining the pipeline for potential candidates. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positionsWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goalsIdentify strategic search opportunities and assist in managing search strategy for priority rolesManage job postings on a variety of external job sitesSource and develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS Screen candidates for interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.The above statements are only meant to be a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by the employee of this job.
