Job Description - Retail Media CSMThe Retail Client Success Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilization of the Skaiâ„¢ management platform. The CSM is ultimately accountable for clients' satisfaction and ability to leverage Skaiâ„¢ to drive improved campaign performance.The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, hands on experience implementing Retail campaigns and most importantly, a results-oriented, consultative approach to addressing client needs.Duties and Responsibilities:Partner with clients to drive excellence and growth of their Amazon / Google / Walmart / Criteo / Kroger etc. marketing programsContinuously build expertise in the best practices of performance and app-centered marketingBe your client's go-to person for all things SkaiOnboard and train clients on how to manage their day-to-day activity on the Skai platformManage frontline communication with our clients on a day-to-day basisBring value to every client interaction by understanding their business and layering Skai as a pivotal partnerAssist Client Success Directors in driving client retention, and identifying business growth opportunitiesCommunicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfactionPartner closely with the product development, sales, technical account management and sales engineers to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunityDefinition of Success:Client Adoption of new Skai FeaturesDriving collaborative YoY growthRegular cadence of providing client with usable marketing recommendationsDevelop strong internal and external relationshipsIncreased share of walletRequirements:Demonstrable growth mindsetStrong empathy for customers and a service mindset4 years work experience including time in marketing, advertising, analyst, account management, or client services rolesB.A. or B.S. required1+ years of experience running Retail advertising campaigns on Amazon / Walmart / Criteo etc.Microsoft Excel and other basic technical experienceHigh level of comfort in deriving actionable insights from large data sets and ability to perform detailed client audits to identify client needs or workflow gapsSkaiâ„¢ or other Retail Marketing platform experience preferredAgency experience preferred but not requiredThe annual salary range for this position is $85,000-95,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
