Duties:Build Project Based:· Lead the delivery of the Technology and Audio Visual scope for Office Build projects, and other Technology upgrade projects. Including but not limited to:o Delivery of MPOE, MDF, IDFs and Network Infrastructure throughout, Collaboration Spaces (Video Conferencing), Audio Visual Spaces/Areaso Company Standard Specifications and Design Guidelines for Network Infrastructure and Audio Visual are adhered to throughout the project.o MPOE, MDF and IDF Roomso Meeting Rooms/Collaboration Rooms (Video Conferencing)o Network Infrastructure and Structured Cablingo Telecom Circuits and POTs lineso Circulation Areas· Lead in the concept design, planning & decision discussions for your assigned projects.· Review Design Documentation and Construction Documents (PDF, Cad, Revit), track and approve changes based on our Design Guidelines and overall intent.· Lead project meetings and provide updates regarding your assigned projects/tasks.· Manage the vendor relationships supporting each initiative, ensure scope is clearly defined and accounted for throughout the project.· Adhere to the project budget and maintain project schedule; escalate and provide risk response strategies and mitigation actions to program/org leadership.· Oversee the full procurement lifecycle of your assigned project/tasks .o Budget Creationo Distribute RFPs and select bidderso Own the Purchase Order Processo Review Bill of Materials and Material Submittals; escalate if there are outstanding items.o Receive and track any Change Orders.· Perform project punch lists as milestones are reached and keep running documentation.Ongoing Work:· Work with the Program Manager, and cross-functional teams to receive MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) & UPS requests and coordinate dispatch.· Manage service requests that are issued to the program and ensure requests are closed within the SLA.· Support non Build Out Initiatives within the Delivery Team as needed, these initiatives could be small sprints related to our Corporate Infrastructure as well as special initiatives within other Biztech teams.Other:· Collaborate with peer teams to ensure scope, requests, resources are accounted for across the delivery roadmap; articulate tradeoffs throughout the project as resources or scope change.· Maintain clear and accurate statuses for your assigned projects; Milestone dates, Deliverables, Risks/Concerns etc.· Participate in team meetings; bringing ideas and strategies to the table is a must.· Work closely with the Program Manager on enriching the delivery process of the program.Requirements:· Previous Experience in managing/leading construction projects and the implementation of Corporate Technology (Structural Cabling, Network Infrastructure, Audio Visual Meeting Rooms, Common Space Systems, Facility Management Systems, Security Systems etc)· Proven work experience within Infrastructure and Technology teams· Previous Network Administration and/or IT Support is a huge plus· Desire to process improve, iterate and adapt to a project pipeline that is ever changing· Documentation management and other Project Management Tooling (Asana, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, CAD, Procore, SpaceBase, Office Space, GSuite, Slack etc)· Past Experience working with Finance Teams, and Sourcing Teams· Excellent communication skills and record keeping· Self Starter and Independent is essential to this role· Keen risk assessment and ability to notify accurately during the run of any projectCompensation:$90-100/hr W-2
