The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and Oracle Cloud Service Logistics, along with hands-on experience in asset management, logistics optimization, and cloud-based service solutions. The role will be pivotal in optimizing the maintenance and service logistics operations for our enterprise systems, ensuring smooth coordination across various teams and projects.Key Responsibilities:Oracle Cloud Maintenance ManagementImplement and manage Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management (EAM) solutions to streamline maintenance operations for critical assets across the organization.Develop and optimize preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes using Oracle Cloud EAM.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, procurement, operations) to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks and asset lifecycle management.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset performance and maintenance management.Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and asset history within Oracle Cloud.Leverage IoT and sensor data integrated with Oracle Cloud to monitor asset performance and trigger automated maintenance tasks.Oracle Cloud Service LogisticsOversee Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions, ensuring that spare parts, equipment, and resources are readily available to support field operations and maintenance tasks.Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure accurate management of service parts, equipment, and related logistics.Develop and implement processes for managing the supply chain and distribution of critical parts and materials to service locations.Track and manage the logistics of shipments, parts delivery, and technician dispatch to optimize service efficiency and minimize downtime.Utilize Oracle Cloud Analytics to monitor logistics performance and optimize routes, inventory levels, and service part usage.Project Management and CoordinationLead and coordinate projects related to Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management and Service Logistics to ensure timely and efficient implementation.Provide regular reports to management on project progress, potential risks, and key metrics.Manage and track service levels (SLAs) for logistics and maintenance activities to ensure service excellence.Collaboration and SupportWork closely with the IT, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure integration between Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management and other systems.Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Cloud EAM and Service Logistics tools
