Job Title: Laser Process Technician (First Shift)Location: MinnesotaDuration: Long term MUST Have's Experience in developing solutions and contributing to design, testing, and process concepts. Proficiency in constructing prototypes and coordinating prototyping efforts with minimal guidance. Strong technical knowledge in innovating, designing, and developing processes, procedures, tooling, and automation. Hands-on experience with procuring and qualifying new or modified equipment (e.g., laser equipment). Ability to prepare clear and detailed technical reports/documentation to communicate results effectively. WHAT SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE ARE YOU LOOKING TO SEE IN THE CONSULTANTS BACKGROUND?
