Motion is contagious, and we're going places. Won't you join us?Morning Walk is seeking a growth-minded CRM Designer Developer to join our Design and Customer Data Programs teams. This role will be the primary lead for CRM creative development across the organization. The individual will be focused on conceptual development and the execution of creative deliverables. You will oversee the CRM design system development, visual design, layout, copy, and creative strategy that contribute to our client's growth goals. The role is involved in high-impact CRM projects from the ground floor and has high visibility as we collectively support growth initiatives for our organization and our clients.Besides being a CRM specialist, you need to be a 360º Digital and Graphic Designer who will be responsible for contributing to the execution of brand concepts into effective visual designs and templates. You will also be supervised by a Design Director. Your talents for concepting will be highlighted in the creative you execute for the business. You will consistently challenge yourself to produce work to the highest standards and should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Your passion for digital interactive designs, as well as the latest trends in CRM, email marketing, mobile first social media, digital design, and technology will need to be reflected in your work.What You'll Be Doing:Establish a CRM design system for our organization and individual clients. Build templates and components as libraries that will allow us to scale & efficiently create content across email, SMS/MMS, web & in-app content cards and pop-ups.Frequent collaboration with our core CRM, copywriting, and creative teams to turn content strategy into content activation.Responsible for lead development of creative templates, components, and creative asset updates for email, SMS/MMS, web & in-app content cards and pop-ups.Build drag-and-drop and coded HTML emails with to align with brand standards and best practices.Participate in QA of emails to ensure designs are optimized for devices, inboxes, and common settings.Help develop & document design system best practices for client and organization.Adapt designs for Brand Campaigns, Social and Digital Campaigns, Brand Identity.Understand the creative brief and develop design concepts that are well thought and compatible with the Brand World.Collaborate with the Design team and with the Creative team to create conceptual design solutions that will support brand strategy for our clients.Brainstorm conceptual directions, both independently and as part of an integrated team.Collaborate with the Design Director and Creative teams to revise work and refine concepts.Knowledge and understanding of typography, Illustration, GIF and Motion Graphics.Expert in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Keynote, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications; experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Figma, XD and After Effects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Keep current on design, social trends, and industry technology, sharing findings with the department to facilitate new ways of thinking, working, and problem-solving.Understand and work with HTML5, CSS and animation for GIFs.Desire to grow and improve in your craft.Qualities Of An Ideal Candidate:BFA preferred, ideally in Visual Communications, Advertising, Design or Programming.2-3+ years of experience in a similar role developing content for CRM activations.Experience building CRM and email design systems at a large brand, consulting firm, or agency.A strong eye for design and experience in laying out copy within a design system for engaging and functional emails that seek to accomplish a goal (e.g. engagement, conversion).Experience using data and insights to help inform creative development.Hands-on experience using a modern customer experience or email platform to develop templates and content modules/components.Experience using digital design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and creative development such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, etc.Intermediate to Advanced experience with HTML5, GIFs, After Effects, Flashtalking and CSS.The ability to confidently present work to internal and client stakeholders.Bonus Qualifications (get to the top of the list)Applicable design work in the travel, hospitality industry, apparel, or CPG industriesHands-on work with Braze or KlaviyoExperience with Liquid LogicExperience with JavaScriptCompensation & Benefits:The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Other benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage as well as company premium-paid Life Insurance, LTD and STD. Morning Walk also matches your 401(k) contributions up to 6% (discretionary and subject to change). We offer PTO upon hire (pro-rated depending on hire date) and paid holidays. Morning Walk employees may also be eligible for bonus compensation based on multiple factors including Agency, group and individual performance.This a hybrid role. You have the option to work remotely 2 days a week (Tues./Thurs.)
